highlights

CAn exciting new addition to our line-up this year – where architecture meets nature and the boundaries between space, sound, and sense collide. Three unique shows over three days, hosted by genre-defining artists across two custom installations.
Going into a new show is both challenging and exciting, and with Highlights attracting three different demographics across the weekend, it was even more complex to deliver an efficient operation and a menu that catered for all guests at all times.

gottwood

A truly unique place; Gottwood is a boutique electronic music festival, hidden in the Welsh woodlands – and we couldn’t be more proud to be their bar partner. We’ve been behind the bar at Gottwood for as long as we can remember, through the wet years and the dry.
We operate over ten bars each year across one of the most complex sites, no one bar serves the same menu nor are any the same shape or size. Every year we face a different set of challenges, but our determination to overcome them and continue serving long into the night remains the same

brockwood

At Measured, we were impressed by the organisers of Brockwood Festival and their previous electronic music events, which had raised funds for the MIND charity.
The team approached us as they wanted to continue their good work with a weekend camping festival on the beautiful Brockwood estate, promising a seriously respectable line-up.
Unfortunately, one fierce local opponent succeeded in blocking the event. Working together with production partners Luminaire and SES, we found a new site in Bygrave, completely redrew the event plans, and have hopefully laid the foundation for Brockwood events in years to come.

Our Measured team has operated hundreds of events in private homes and event spaces. We have found that whether the event is for two in a private home, 200 in an art gallery, or 1,000 in a blank canvas space, all deserve the same things: delicious drinks from our seasonal, classic, or bespoke menus; a professional, polite, and smart team; and respect for the space, leaving no trace of the event.
It is a privilege to have worked at many of London’s most prestigious venues, with the tight setup windows, unique rules, and high standards that come with the territory.

masterclasses

Our masterclasses are experiences designed to be memorable, fun, educational, and surprisingly affordable. Our most popular masterclasses focus on cocktails, beer, or wine, and all can be brought to any home or office. Guests can try their hand with the shakers, and the experience can be combined with extended drinks served by our team or supplemented with canapés, grazing boards, or cheese platters.

Europe’s premier craft beer festival collective, with shows in Bristol, Manchester, and London, showcases over 200 breweries and 1,000 beers.
We provide event production and operations for this series of consumer events, ensuring everything runs smoothly across infrastructure, tech production, and event management, as well as liaising with brewers across the country to ensure their beer arrives cold, into the hands of one of the 40,000 consumers that pass through our gates each year.

sustainability

Sustainability has always been one of Measured’s four pillars that distinguish us from the larger operators in the industry. A strong sense of environmental and social responsibility governs our policies and decisions, as we aim to become the first large-scale event bar operator in the UK to achieve B Corp certification by Q2 2025.
We have cut through the swathes of contradicting information on packaging materials, waste management, CO2 emissions, travel, and logistics, condensing all this into one coherent policy.

formula e

Measured is proud to provide one of our founders as Formula E’s global head of bars across all hospitality spaces and races throughout the season. The brief typically covers 1,000–5,000 guests across three tiers of hospitality experience and 3–20 areas. We work with local caterers and bar operators to ensure compliance, guest experience, and drinks quality meet our high standards at races in Brazil, China, Germany, Italy, Japan, Monaco, Saudi Arabia, the UK, and the US.

Beyond this, Measured strategically bolsters the team in markets where cocktail bartenders and managers are particularly lacking. We assist with sourcing national or championship-level beverage sponsorship opportunities, VIK deals, activations, and brand development opportunities.

Measured is proud to provide one of our founders as Rise Festival’s production manager. Rise is one of the largest independent ski festivals in the world. Guests come from across the globe for a week-long ski holiday and world-class music festival.
We work alongside the Rise team to produce three main arenas across the town, liaising with French authorities, the local tourist office, and government, while battling the weather to ensure the show goes on.
